Papad-Poha
This is a very quick recipe and good snack with tea or coffee
Steps

Take a pan, add oil and fry Papad, curry leaves and peanuts one by one.

Same oil, add asfoitida and turmeric powder. Add poha in that and roast it on low flame.

Take a broad vessel. Collect all ingredients together in that. Add salt and red chilli powder.

Mix it well. Break up the papad gently. It's ready. Serve with tea or coffee.
