One of my favorite Indian dessert. You should try out this simple recipe. DM me for making the dish more special
Cooking Instructions

Heat milk to a boil. Then keep the flame to low. Let the milk simmer and keep stirring with a spatula.

Malai will start to form, scrap it to the side with help of spatula. Keep doing this till milk reduces to half.

Add sugar and milk powder when the milk gets thickening, stir in gently with spatula. Put a pinch of elaichi powder and stir.

Add chopped almonds and cashews, mix the Malai which is set onto the sides. Rabri is ready

Keep a vessel on stove with low flame with ghee in it.

Remove border of bread, cut the bread in 2 triangles.

Fry the bread pieces till light golden. Set aside.After this one can dip into chasni also, this is totally optional.

Arrange the bread pieces in a line and pour rabdi. Put chopped almonds as garnish. Serve it hot/cold.
