Ingredients

15 minutes
  • Pasta
  • 500 mlYogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • leavesMint
  • leavesCoriander
  • 3garlic cloves
  • Oil
  • Salt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Have your ingredients ready

    Bring your salty water to a boil and later boil your pasta for 4 minutes

  3. 3

    Drain excess water and run your pasta through cold water

    Chop your mint leaves and coriander leaves and crush your garlic

    Sauté your garlic

  6. 6

    Pour your yogurt (plain or vanilla) i used vanilla yogurt in a plate and add in the chopped mint and coriander... Also add in the garlic and mix together

    Add in the pasta and mix together..

    Serve and enjoy it cold
