Dry garlic chutney

First of peel off the garlic cloves. Take kadai, add oil and garlic cloves roast till golden brown.

Now add peanuts and coconut powder and saute for 2 minutes, then add sesame seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin, and roast for 2 minutes. Now switch off the flame.

Now add red chilli powder, amchur powder, salt and asfotida.

Grind it till fine powder in a grinder. Your dry garlic chutney is ready to serve

Enjoy with vada pav or aloo bada.
