Take washed & cut Turai.

Take arbi leaves roll cut in big pieces.

In cooker put oil take mustard seeds & let it crackle. Then add Turai & all masalas mix well and add Arbi leaves roll. Cook on high flame till 1 whistle and low flame for 5 minutes.

After five minutes let cooker cool down. Then open the tasty sabji is ready.
