Ingredients

30 minutes
2 person
  • 250 gmTurai (Ridge gourd)
  • 1Roll of Arbi leaves (Patra)
  • As required salt turmeric coriander powder oil
  • 1/2 spoonsugar
  • 1/2 spoonmustard seeds
  • 1/1 spoongreen chilli paste ginger garlic paste
  • 1 spooncoriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take washed & cut Turai.

    Take arbi leaves roll cut in big pieces.

    In cooker put oil take mustard seeds & let it crackle. Then add Turai & all masalas mix well and add Arbi leaves roll. Cook on high flame till 1 whistle and low flame for 5 minutes.

    After five minutes let cooker cool down. Then open the tasty sabji is ready.
