Khakhra: combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough without using any water. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out each portion into a very thin square by rolling pin.

Preheat the oven at 170C for 10 minutes. Once khakhra square prepare then it will keep on baking tray. Bake at 170 C for 20minutes or till golden colour change.

Khakhra filling: mix all the ingredients and makes a khakhra filling

Sandwich Assembly : on a worktop place a khakhra,then apply schezwan sauce and after that mayonnaise and last a spoonful mixture of salad and spread properly,place another khakhra on it. After that apply sauces on khakhra then grate paneer on it and lastly garnish with cherry tomato.

Khakhra sandwich is ready to serve

Almond milkshake: first we boil the milk then milk custard powder and continuously stir to avoid lumps. Mix almond coarse powder the stir till almond soften. Lastly add pistachio and kesar. Keep in refrigerator for 4 hours. Milkshake is ready to serve.Garnish with pistachio and kesar.
