Take all the dry ingredients and mix well. Add malai and mix well.

Add ghee little by little and form a semi soft dough. Add water and knead well.

Soft and smooth dough is ready. Now make small roundels out of the dough and flatten them.

Make a design with fork. Preheat the oven on 180 degrees.

Now start baking the biscuits for 10 minutes. Healthy atta biscuits are ready.
