Ingredients

  • 3 poundeye of round cubed
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1large onion
  • 15 ouncesdiced tomatoes
  • 24 ouncesItalian strained tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoonground cumin
  • 1 teaspoonground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoonssalt
  • 2 tablespoonssugar
  • 15 ouncescanned unsalted pinto beans
  • 15 ouncescanned dark kidney beans
  • 2 tablespoonsconcentrated tomato paste
  • 1/2 cupchopped canned hatch peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Cube the beef. Sear the beef, dice the onions and add the hatch peppers.

    Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours. Stir occasionally so it won't stick.
