Banana and dates in a smoothie? They may not seem like the typical combination, but it works. It works really well. I first tried this and fell in love. No sugar required in this Smoothie. This all-natural energy drink makes the perfect breakfast or a post-workout drink. Smoothie breakfasts are my favourite.
