Soak the almond overnight or 3 4 hours in hot water.

Peel the skin of almond in a mortar crush the almond and cashews roughly and keep aside.

Take 2 tsp warm milk, add a pinch of saffron and wait to leave its colour and flavor.

In a jar take 4 tsp sugar and grind them in a powder, crush the cardomom add that powder in sugar keep aside.

In a jar add 2 glass milk, sugar and 2 tsp crushed dry fruit also 1 tsp of saffron milk

Blend it for 2 minutes, take this chilled milk. Shake in glass top it with 1 tsp of crushed dry fruit and 1 tsp of saffron milk.
