Ingredients

20 to 25 mins
3 people
  • 2big bowl semolina
  • 1big bowl curd
  • 1large potato
  • 1green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 table spooneno
  • 10curry leaves
  • 1 table spoonmustred seeds
  • 1 table spooncoriander

Steps

20 to 25 mins
  1. 1

    Grind the green chilli lentils in potatoes.

  2. 2

    Now add semolina curd and patoto paste cover it for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    After that mix salt and Eno in it.

  4. 4

    Add oil to the idli maker and pourthe batter in it and stopto cook 15 min.

  5. 5

    Cut to your desired shape.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a frying pan and fry idli of mustred seeds and curry leaves.

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander and survey with chutney.
