Heat oil in pan add corn saute for one mnt remove from fire.in one bowl put mayonnaise add sour cream, chilli flakes,black pepper powder,jeera powder mix keep aside. In another bowl put corn add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, olive add the dressing mix. Add little cheese serve.
