My sister-in-law told me this receipe and I tried it for the first time. This is unexpectedly very delicious and tastes awesome if served with curd and chapati.

My sister-in-law told me this receipe and I tried it for the first time. This is unexpectedly very delicious and tastes awesome if served with curd and chapati.
Steps

Take a pan and fry the gram flour on medium heat until it turn light brown and fragrance starts coming from it. Then store it in some vessel.

Take the same pan and put 3 spoon oil in it. Heat the oil and put fennel seeds in it.

Then put chopped onion in it and fry the onion until it turns brown.

Chop the capsicum in small square pieces and put it in the pan. Put red chilli, salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder as per your taste. Cover the pan with lid for 3 minutes. Check the capsicum is cooked and is still in light greenish colour. Note: Do not add any water.

Add the fried gram flour and sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of water just to lightly bind the flour with capsicum. Cook it for 2 more minutes and tan tana! your delicious Besan Capsicum is ready Note: try it with curd and chapati.
