Take a bowl,take kuttu flour then add rock salt then add boiled potatoes,Coriander leaves,black pepper and add 1tsp ghee smash them all together and make a dough and use little water.

Now leaves it for 10 min aside.

Take a kadai add ghee for deep fry.

Now after 10 min make a small balls of the dough.

Roll the ball in circular mannar in the shape of puri.

Then put the puri for deep fry.

Fry it properly and your puri is ready.
