Ingredients

  • 150 gmpaneer
  • 1/2 spoonTurmeric powder
  • 1/3 spoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 2 spooncooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut paneer in cubs.add all dry spices (red chilli powder salt turmericpowder salt black peper coat paneer with all this dry spices for 10-15 min.

  2. 2

    Heat up oil in pan add coated paneer (don't make crowd) shallow fry on slow flame

    Remove on serving plate add chat masala.
