Chop onions and fry them in refine oil add half the garam masala till pinkish brown

Add mutton and cover it with lid for ten minutes

Grind ginger garlic and and rest of masalas now add this to the mutton add salt red chilli powder,coriander powder also and again cover it for 10 minutes on low medium flame.

Stir fry it occasionally till oil starts leaving from the corners. Let it cook in its own juices.

Ones it is near to dry up stir fry few times add tomatoes cover it for five minutes

Add whisked curd and stir fry it nicely cover for 5 minutes.check for tenderness of pieces add water as per gravy required approximately 2 to 3 cups.Let it cook for another five to ten minutes on medium flame
