First cut chicken in to piece.

Then take a bowl add green chili crushed and salt and vinegar and chicken. Now rest for 2 hours.

Now wash chicken and marinate chicken with 2nd section ingredients for 2 hours.

Take 2 bowl.in one add cold water and in 2nd add maida with a pinch of salt and chilli flakes (optional)

Now put dry coating on chicken first then put chicken in cold water then dry coating then cold water and in last dry coating again now fry chicken pieces in oil.

Now assembled in burger with sauce then chicken then salad the sauce. Now our burger is ready.
