Steps

Wash meat place in a pot, adda seasoning cubes, slices onion,salt, spices, cook until soft. Keep aside

Wash beans place in a pot add enough water to cover it, set over medium high heat, boil it until soft. Drain and set aside

Boil rice until halfway cooked, drain into a sieve rinse in cold water and set aside

While rice beans are cooked, grind tomato, tattase, scotch bonnet, and onion together. Pour vegetable oil into a pot over medium heat,add slices onion, fry until soft, add tomato paste mix and fry for one minutes

Add puréed tomato, stir and fry until dry(oil is floating on top). Crush and add seasoning, cubes, and crayfish. add a little warm water and add some meat, fish, beans, rice,and kpomo, stir and taste

Cover tightly and cook until soft, and little water has remaining. Stir and reduce heat to very low, cook until water has been absorbed, stir and serve😋
