This is super delicious, mouthwatering dish. Grilled paneer with spicy and creamy gravy.

Cut the paneer into big cubes. Mix all the ingredients of marination in a mixing bowl. Add paneer cubes in it, mix it well. Keep it in refrigerator.

Take a wok heat oil. Add onion salute it for 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes, cashew, cardamom, sugar, turmeric, garam masala and red chilli powder. Cook it on low medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add 1/2 glass water. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool.

Grind the masala to make smooth paste.

Heat oil and butter in a wok. Add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and ginger-garlic paste. Saute it for 1-2 minutes. Add onion paste to it. Cook it on low medium heat till oil separates on top.

Add cream, stir continuously. Add Kasuri methi.

For paneer tikka grill the marinated paneer in Ivan for 8-10 minutes or cook it on a nonstick pan for 4-5 minutes then arrange it in skewer and grill it in direct stove flame.

Add these tikkas in gravy. Mix it well. Turn off the flame. Your Paneer tikka masala is ready.
