Take the idlis and crumble it with your fingers.

Heat a pan and add oil. Once it is hot add mustard seeds.

Once the mustard seeds crackle. Add onions, curry leaves, salt and pepper and saute it till the onions turn transparent.

Now add the crumbled idlis and give it a quick stir. Saute for 2 mins and turn off the flame. Yummy idli upma is ready.
