Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl add salt, green chilli, chopped grated carrot, peas mashed, garam masala and mix it. Now in a small wok add 1tsp oil, when it becomes hot low the flame and add mustard seed, curry leaves, red chilli flakes in the flame add this in the filling also add moringa leaves methi leaves in it. Our filling is ready.

In this step cut the outer layer of brown bread give it a circular shape with cutter. Now with small circular cutter give a shape of doughnut.

Add all the pieces of bread which we removed from bread in a grinder and make bread crumb with it. Shift this crumb in a plate add sesame seed in it and mix it. In another bowl add maida and make a flowing batter with water.

Now take a bread doughnut shape and put on it potato filling with some cheese on it now place other bread on it and press it with your hand. Place these doughnuts in the solution and then in the crumb mixture. Now place these doughnuts in the refrigerator for half hour.

On the flame heat the oil in the frying pan turn it to medium flame and fry the doughnuts from both side. And shift it on the kitchen towel. Our doughnuts are ready to eat.
