Tip no 1: atta hmesha soft gondhy aur neem garam pani se gondhy.
Tip no 2: atta gondhty huye ghee ya oil dal dyn aur phly dono haton ki madad se usy masal lyn take sary lums khtm hojyn.
Tip no 3: atta gondhny ke bad usy kam az kam 30 minutes ka rest zaror dyn.
Tip no 4: roti hmesha halky haton se bely ziada zor na lagyn aur koshesh laryn patli roti belyn.
Tip no 5: roti hmehsa garam tawy par dalyn aur dalny ke foran bad side chnage kardy aur dusri side colour any take pakyn phr taway se hat kar drct flame par sekyn pehli wali side se jo jaldi palti thi apki roti football ki trhan phol jaygi. In Sha Allah.
Tip no 6: roti bnany ke bad usy foil pepper me achy se cover kar ke rkhyn ya agar foil paper nhn hy tw hot pot me rkhny ke bad aik chota sa adrak ka tukra bhi rakh dyn roti 2 din take soft rhygi.
