Steps

Heat a pan and take ghee into it add kajus and roast till golden colour. Take it out and keep aside.

Take mixer jar add chopped onions, tomatoes, capcicums, kajus 3 to 4 and grind it make a smooth paste.

Take a same pan add ghee/ butter heat it and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, kasmiri red chilli powder mix it well.

Now add ginger garlic paste and gravy mix it well. Add half cup water into it.

Cover and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes at low flame.

Now add salt, roasted kaju & kasuri methi mix all well.

Serves hot with Bhakri/chapati/ naan.
