Heat ghee in pan. Add wheat flour in it mix well and roast it. Add little by little ghee in it and roast.

Now add condensed milk. Mix well till condensed milk absorb in it.

Then add milk mix well till absorb.

After that add Cardamom powder mix well. Cook for 1 min the switch off the gas flame.

Now grease the with ghee. Add halwa in it. Equal it using spatula.

Then add sliced dryfruits on top (you can add or skip the dry fruits of your choice). And press slightly. Keep the halwa in fridge for 2 hr.

After 2 hr takeout the box from fridge. Loosen it from sides. And unmold it.

Now cut it in you favorite shape.

Our halwa is ready to eat.
