Ingredients

  • 100 gm paneer
  • 1big onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 4 clovesGarlic
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • as requiredSalt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,
  • as requiredCoriander leaves,
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter,
  • as requiredlittle bit of jeera

  1. 1

    Take oil in a pan, add little bit of jeera

    Add chopped onion, cook it for 10 mins.on low flame

    Add all dry masalas

    Add two mashed tomatoes and cook it well.
