Heat pan add ghee and roast makhana in it. Take out and keep it separate. Now roast all the dry fruits mentioned above.

Now grind makhana in a grinder (mixie).Grind roasted nuts also separately.

Take a pan, add ghee to it. Add jaggery to it and melt. Once it’s melted add makhana and dry nuts powder.Mix thoroughly.

Add milk to it. stir nicely.Switch off the gas. Take it out in a plate and make ladoo out of it. (if not binding add ghee to it.) your healthy and tasty makhana ladoos are ready in no time.
