First, take sama (vrat rice) and sabudana. Wash them properly and soak them for 2-3 hours.

After 3 hours shift them in grinder, add curd and 2 tbsp water and grind them.

Now shift this batter in a bowl, cover it and keep it for 3-4 hours for fermentation.

After 3-4 hours batter is fermented. Now, add salt to it. mix, add water if required. Heat a tawa, sprinkle some water, wipe it with a cotton cloth, and spread the batter on it.

Spread some ghee on it, cook it and fold it.our dosa is ready.

Serve with aalo masala(vrat) and coconut chutney(vrat ki).
