Kuttu Tart With Banana Caramelize Sauce

Take a mixing bowl put all tart ingredients crumble nicely than add milk to make a dough.Take tart mould,take small portion from the dough press it on the mould.Tart are ready.

Bake it 20 to 25 mints on a preheated kadhei.Tart are ready.Now make caramelized sauce.

Heat a pan add jaggery,caramelize the Jaggery,than add cream mix it well cook 1mints.Than put chopped banana,roasted peanuts & cinnamonpowder mix it well & cook 30 second.

Off the flame, cool it & blend it to make it in paste form. Caramelize sauce is ready. Now arrange the tart filled with Caramelized banana sauce.Garnishing with banana slice & mintleaves serve it.
