2 cupsAll-purpose flour (maida)
As required Ajwain
As required Oil
As per tasteSalt
As required Curd
as per tasteGreen chutney

Steps

Take All-purpose flour‚ 2tbsp oil‚ ajwain‚ salt and make a dough.

Roll dough in round shape and make papdi of it.

Now take papdi and deep fry it.

Once it is fried. Now the second and important step is to put curd, green chutney, imli chutney, onion, salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, coriander leaves and sev on papdi and your chat is ready.
