Heat a pan and roast 3 tablespoons of rava, in one table spoon of ghee.

On low flame until its aromatic.

Add half cup water to roasted rava, let boil for a minute.

Add half ltr boiled milk to the rava mixture, Cook on low flame till boil.

Add 2tbps of sugar while stirring the mix, add two pinches of elaichi powder and 1 pinch of edible camphor (optional for more flavour and smell)

Keep stirring till boil, then turn off the heat.

Take a fresh pan, add two tbps of ghee and roast cashew and raisins (kaju and kismis)

Once brown, add this to the rava payasam mixture.
