Ingredients

  • Your favorite black tea
  • 1 slice or twoof ginger root
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 1 dash or two of ground cloves
  • 1 dash or two of ground allspice
  • 1blob of honey
  • hot water and/or milk of your choice (I like almond milk)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat your liquid of choice to boiling or nearly boiling. (I prefer half water, half almond milk.)

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients and allow tea time time steep.

  3. 3

    Stir and enjoy!
