Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 litreMilk
  • 3 tbspBasmati rice soaked in warm water
  • As neededDry fruits (almonds, pistachio, cashew nut, walnut) etc
  • 6 tbspSugar
  • 1 tbspCondensed milk
  • 2 pinchFood colour / kesar soaked in warm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, in a saucepan, add milk and boil it.

  2. 2

    Now,drain the water and grind the basmati rice soaked in warm water in a course texture.

  3. 3

    Now add dis rice in a boiling milk and let it cooked for a 25 min in medium low flame give a stir in between.

  4. 4

    After that add sugar give a stir after sugar dissolves completly add all dry fruits,condensed milk and food colour /kesar soaked in warm milk in the kheer.Now keep it in a low flame and cook for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Turn off the flame in slight runny texture of kheer,otherwise after cool down kheer will become thicker.

  6. 6

    Kheer is ready to serve hot or cold absolutly upto you👉🎊.
