Firstly, in a saucepan, add milk and boil it.

Now,drain the water and grind the basmati rice soaked in warm water in a course texture.

Now add dis rice in a boiling milk and let it cooked for a 25 min in medium low flame give a stir in between.

After that add sugar give a stir after sugar dissolves completly add all dry fruits,condensed milk and food colour /kesar soaked in warm milk in the kheer.Now keep it in a low flame and cook for 10 mins.

Turn off the flame in slight runny texture of kheer,otherwise after cool down kheer will become thicker.

Kheer is ready to serve hot or cold absolutly upto you👉🎊.
