In a bowl take boil potatoes, mash them now add all the masalas and coriander leaves mix properly, potato filling is ready.

Divide chapati dough in 4 equal parts, take 1 part roll thick apply oil and keep a ball of potato mixture in between.

Now close the chapati dough from all side and make a ball, dust some flour and roll the paratha gently, keeping it slightly thick then chapati.

On a hot tawa, put paratha and roast on both the sides, apply ghee.

Once done, repeat for rest of dough and potato mixture serve with butter and pickle, can also be served with curd or lassi.
