1 cupmaize flour
1/2 cupwheat flour
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
2 tbspolive oil
For salsa
1chopped tomato
1chopped onion
2green chillies
1/2lemon
1tomato
1Roasted onion
2 tbspgreen coriander
As neededOil for frying

In a bowl take maize flour, wheat flour, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Mix well all ingredients. Now make a soft dough of it. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 min.

For salsa : In a pan roast tomato and onion. When it cools grind it in a coarse paste. Now in a bowl take chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander. Add this coarse paste to it and squeeze lemon juice to it. Salsa is ready.

For nachos: Make a ball from the dough and roll it like a roti. Now cut out the nachos in any shape as you required. Heat oil in a pan and fry all nachos.

Serve these nachos with fresh salsa. Decorate it as per your theme.
