Steps

Wash your fish with salt and lemon and let it drain

In a bowl pour all your spices, seasoning, dice onion and soy sauce mix them to make a paste, using brush or your hand apply the paste to the fish both in and out

Cover and place in fridge to marinade for 3hrs
- 4
In a pan apply some oil then place your fish and let it grill in a low heat flame by turning each side
