Steps

Take a Pan heat it up add Vermicelli and roast it.Than take all vegetable and chopped it and keep aside.Than take whole kernel corn and sweet peas and Soak in water.

Now take a pan heat it up Add water and boil it now add Vermicelli and boil it for 2- 3 minutes and Drain water and keep a side. Head a large pan with oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves after minute add green chilli, Cashew nut, ginger mix it.

Now add carrot, capsicum, corn,Peas,tomato and mix well. At the last add Vermicelli,salt, red cilli powder, chat masala, coriander leaves and mix well for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the flame. Serve and enjoy.
