Firstly clean the poha and put it in a colander.Run it under 4-5 glasses of clean water. Keep it aside.

Heat ghee in a kadai. Add mustard seeds. Once the seeds splutter add the curry leaves.

Add the onion and saute for 30 seconds. Add 1/4 TSP turmeric powder.

Let the Onions turn golden. Now add the carrots. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Now add boiled peas. Mix. Add the peanuts.

Fluff up the poha with a fork and add it to the vegetables. Sprinkle salt, Sugar, asafoetida and lemon juice. Mix well.

Add chopped green coriander. Mix well. Yummy and healthy breakfast is ready serve hot with masala chai.
