Vermicelli custard pudding

Take all the above ingredients at room temperature.

Take 1/2 cup of milk. Add custard powder. Mix properly. Let the remaining milk boiled. Add custard powder and sugar and let it boiled till it sugar dissolves and it thickens. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.

In another pan. Heat ghee. Add chopped nuts and vermicelli and roast on a low flame.

Add milk powder and stir continuously. Add Lil water and cook for a minute.

Switch off the flame. Now put the vermicelli into the custard and cook till one boil stirring continuously to avoid lumps. And Datta your pudding is ready.

Refrigerate it and cool it completely before serving.
