For making batter: Take a big bowl wash rice, urad dal and methi seeds and soak it for 6-7 hours.

After that grind it in mixture. And the batter is ready. Add salt in batter and rest it for 5-6 hours.

For making coriander chutney: take a mixture add green coriander leaves, peanuts, lemon juice, cumin seeds, jaggery, salt, sev or bengal gram, green chilli and ginger paste and water and mix it well.

For making dhokla : take steamer or cooker grace the plate with oil, add white batter on it and heat it with medium flame. Once the batter is convert into thick layer and check it with knife or toothpick if it is clear then our dhokla is perfectly cooked.

After that for making green layer : take a bowl and add 4-5 spoon white batter and add 4-5 spoon green chutney and mix it well and make a layer on it.

Once the layer is perfectly cooked then once again add white batter on it and cook it well. And check the dhokla with knife or toothpick. Once the dhokla is come into room temperature cut it in shape.

For tempering: take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves and add layered dhokla in it. And mix it well. And the sandwiche dhokla is ready. Enjoy.
