Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupBesan
  • 4 tspCurd
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 6-7curry leaves
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspoil
  • 2 tspgrated coconut
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly mix besan with curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, and salt and mix with water.

  2. 2

    Then take the pan and pour the batter and stir continuously till it becomes a thick batter.

  3. 3

    Then grease a plate with oil and pour the batter and spread it with a spatula.

  4. 4

    Then cut it into slices after cooling down the roll them.

  5. 5

    Then take a tadka pan and make a tadka with oil curry leaves, mustard seeds, and cumin and pour it on the khandvi and garnish it with grated fresh coconut and enjoy.
