Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFresh curd
  2. 1/2 kgChicken
  3. 1/4 cupOil
  4. 1 tbspGinger paste
  5. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  7. 1/2 tspWhite pepper
  8. Salt (according to taste)
  9. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  10. 3Green onions chopped
  11. 4Green Chilies -chopped
  12. 1 inchginger Piece
  13. 2 tbspFresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan or karahi over medium heat

    Add ginger garlic paste

  3. 3

    Add chicken and fry chicken till its color changes

  4. 4

    Add green onion when little bit water is left (leave some green onion for later use)

  5. 5

    Mix ginger slices and green chillies

  6. 6

    Add white pepper, salt, and beat curd and black pepper

  7. 7

    Mix all the above ingredients in chicken

  8. 8

    Start cook it for few minutes more and then remove it from the heat

  9. 9

    Put it into a bowl and mix more ginger slices and left over green onion

  10. 10

    Sprinkle garam masala powder over it and add fresh cream

  11. 11

    Finally chicken white karahi is ready.
