Dice your carrot and green beans, chop onion, spring onion and garlic

In a pan add in veg oil, garlic and onion saute for 1mnt then add in Carrot saute for 1mnt follow by green beans saute for 1mnt

Add seasoning and spices follow by parboiled rice and soy sauce mix until well combine, keep in frying for 5-10mnts then add in scrambled egg and spring onion keep in frying for 2mnts and serve
