Steps

Cut the bhindi 1" long, then finely cut onion and tomato

In a hot pan put 2 tbsp of oil and fry the bhindi and keep aside

In the same pan put 1 tbsp of oil add onion, grated ginger saute it well then add tomato and add all dry masala powders, salt saute it well until the oil release from it

Then add fried bhindi to the masala saute it well, then add a glass of water and allow it to boil

After it boils add coconut milk and switch off the flame. Garnish it with coriander leaves

Serve it with chapati, paratha
