Hello everyone.. if you're tired of eating legumes the same way all the time, like in soups or cold with tuna, I suggest you try these delicious vegetable burgers, egg-free, 100% vegan, made only with legumes, vegetables, and in my case, millet.. but you can also use potato or another well-cooked grain to bind everything together.. if you're curious, follow me in the recipe 🥕🧅🥒🍅🤩!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Start by boiling the millet, which will take at least 30 minutes, so let's do it right away. Proceed by washing and finely chopping the vegetables, add a tablespoon of oil, salt, and let them cook covered until they dry out their water.
- 2
Roughly blend the beans.
- 3
In a bowl, combine the cooked vegetables, turmeric, pepper, millet, and chickpea flour, mix everything well, and adjust the salt.
- 4
I let the mixture sit in the fridge for an hour, but if you don't have time, I recommend adding a couple of tablespoons of chickpea flour if the mixture is too soft to work with. Now, let's form the burgers with our mixture.
- 5
Heat one or two tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and brown the burgers on both sides. Serve hot or cold, in a bun, with a salad and couscous, or as you prefer.. enjoy 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻!

I have been making these delicious vegan burgers for years. If you want them to be firmer and hold their shape more, just add a beaten egg to the mixture plus an additional 1/3 cup of oats; they won’t be vegan, though, but they will still be delicious.#vegetarian #cilantro #mushroom #oats #chili #sandwich #patty #plantbased Ricardo -

These were a little bit of work but totally worth it! 🤤 I made them one day when I was in the mood for a good vegan burger but i was tired of regular cauliflower burgers. 🤔🤷🏻♀️ If you use all vegan dairy products this recipe will be completely vegan.👍 However, you can also use animal products if you are not vegan and just want to eat a healthy veggie burger! 😎 Further, if you are using animal products I recommend an egg or two, as binder, and they may cook in a bit less time with less reshaping.👌 #veganburgers #veganrecipe #veggieburgers #blackbeanburgers Chef Mommy Nessa -
Vegetarian Tofu and Burdock Root Burgers Vegetarian Tofu and Burdock Root Burgers
Since my husband was putting on weight, I created this dish to serve him a healthy and tasty dish. The key is to slowly cook the burgers through on low heat. That will make them firm and less likely to break apart. Mayonnaise is optional, but I recommend a small amount for taste. Don't add too much or they will become greasy tasting. Vegetarian Natto Burger Vegetarian Natto Burger
My husband made deep-fried fritters from natto, and then used the fritters to make burgers! But I figured you could make the burgers without having to deep-fry the natto, so I tried it out. This has been our family favorite for more than 5 years.I made the buns using my cinnamon roll dough recipe, divided into 6 portions. The dough rips easily due to the balance of flour and soy milk, so knead with care. Recipe by RedBlouse cookpad.japan -
