Ingredients

  1. 12.3 ozcanned cannellini beans
  2. 1/2 cupchickpea flour
  3. 1/2 cuphulled millet
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1/2tomato
  6. 1carrot
  7. 1zucchini
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Turmeric to taste
  10. Ground black pepper to taste
  11. 2-3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil

    Start by boiling the millet, which will take at least 30 minutes, so let's do it right away. Proceed by washing and finely chopping the vegetables, add a tablespoon of oil, salt, and let them cook covered until they dry out their water.

    Roughly blend the beans.

    In a bowl, combine the cooked vegetables, turmeric, pepper, millet, and chickpea flour, mix everything well, and adjust the salt.

    I let the mixture sit in the fridge for an hour, but if you don't have time, I recommend adding a couple of tablespoons of chickpea flour if the mixture is too soft to work with. Now, let's form the burgers with our mixture.

    Heat one or two tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and brown the burgers on both sides. Serve hot or cold, in a bun, with a salad and couscous, or as you prefer.. enjoy 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻!

Amo cucinare qualsiasi pietanza, mi piace creare e sperimentare, a dire il vero ho fatto grandi casini in passato.. ma l'esperienza premia e adesso i risultati mi sorprendono sempre e, cosa che mi fa più piacere, sorprendono gli altri.
