Take a pan add sugar and water. Turn on flame mix well and cook into high flame. Stir in- between cook 8-9 min in medium flame add cardamom powder and mix it well. When little slickly off the flame. Sugar Syrup is ready.

Take a plate and mash the khoya very nicely. Add maida and mix well and knead soft dough. Then add baking powder and mix well.

Make balls. Take a kadhai turn ghee. Check temperature, low heated ghee. Deep fry balls in low flame. Fry till golden brown.

Take out balls and add lukewarm sugar syrup. Dip into 3-4 hours in sugar syrup. Thus Gulab Jamun is ready to serve.
