Sweet potato kheer

Peel and grate sweet potato.

Take warm milk and soak saffron strands in it. Keep all other ingredients ready to use. Heat ghee in a pan and add grated sweet potato. Cook for 3-4 minutes.Boil the milk to make it little thicker.

Add sugar, coconut, cardamom and nuts powder. Also add saffron milk. Kheer is ready to serve.
