  • 2heaped tbsp sabut dhaniya
  • 2 heaped tbsp sonf
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • Gravy ingredients
  • 1 cupoil
  • 2large pyaz
  • 2large tomator
  • 1 cupdahi
  • 2 tbspgg paste
  • 3 tbsppisi lal mirch
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbsphaldi
  • 1 heaped tbsp pisa dhaniya

Steps

6hrs/overnight
  1. 1

    Sb sy pehly paye ko achi trha knife sy saf kar lein or wash kar lein or bong ko b wash kar lein

    Phir paye or bong ko pani mein dal kar boil any tak pkain or ye water drain kar ke new watar dal kar boil hony rakh dein.. is trha paye ki smell nai rehti

  3. 3

    Pani itna dalna hai ke bong paye puri trha sy pani m doob jain is sy kam ya ziada pani nahi dalna

  4. 4

    Ab sabut pyaz, lehsan,dhaniya,sonf ko malmal ke kpry m dal kar potli bana kar payo mein dal dein

  5. 5

    1 tbsp namak or sara sabut garammasala dal dein or tez heat par boil any tak pkain phir heat bilkul slow dm wali kar dein or so jain😉😉

    Over night ya 6 hrs tak bong paye tender ho jaty hain... mein raat mein aisy pkny rakh deti hon..payo ki yakhni ready hai

    Paye gal jain to potli nikal kar nichor kar sara arq nikal kar yakhni mein hi dal dein

  8. 8

    Or jo bari bones hain unko b nikal kar thora thanda kar ke usk opr sy meat utar kar yakhni m daldein or bones m sy goda nikal kar alag sy rakh dein

    Ab ek degchi mein oil garam kar ke pyaz brown kar ke nikal lein

  10. 10

    Oil ziada nahi lena kyu ke bong payo ke apna oil b yakhni mein nikal aata hai

  11. 11

    Brown pyaz tomator or dahi ko blender mein dal kar blend kar lein

  12. 12

    Usi oil mein adrak lehsan paste dal kar soute krein or pyaz wala mixture dal dein or sath hi pisi lal mirch,haldi,namak or 1 glass pani dal kar pekny dein 20 min low heat par pkana hai phir heat tez kar ke pani dry kar lein or masala bhoon lein

    Or boil hoty huy bong payo mein dal dein or achi tarha mix kar ke 5-6 boils aany dein jab thora thora shorba thick hony lagy to 5min dum wali heat par rakh dein or thora sy pisa garam masala(optional) add kar dein
