Ingredients

  • 2 CupsBesan
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 2 tbsp assorted chopped nuts
  • ForSugar syrup:
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • 1/2 tspNutmeg powder
  • Few strand Saffron

    Take besan. Add ghee and milk. Mix it well. Keep it for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes, sieve it properly.

    Take ghee, add besan in that. Mix it and roast it well.

    To prepare chase, take sugar and water. Let sugar dissolves.

    Add nutmeg and cardamom powder. Add saffron strands too. Give 1 string consistency. Grease the thali.

    Once besan is roasted, keep it aside and let it cool. Once it is cool, add chasni. Mix it well.

    Spread it in the thali. Sprinkle with some chopped nuts.
