In a pot pour in your vegetable oil after the oil is hot put in your onions,scotch bonnet and garlic allow it to shimmer.

Then add in your cauliflower and broccoli.

After then add in your bell peppers

Then add in your shredded beef note: it should be cooked before putting it in then sauce.

Allow the ingredients to cook but don’t over cook it then add in your spices and lastly add your parsley and allow it to shimmer on a low flame.And then Tadaaa!!! Your sauce is ready,your can eat it with rice,pita bread or use it as a filling in shawarma or toast.
