Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt and oil and mix it well. And knead your dough with water

Now cover your dough and make your stuffing. Take soya chunks and boil it.

After boil chunks grind it

Now take a pan add oil ginger, garlic and stirring for a few minute and add onion and cook it

Now add grinded chunks and add salt now mix it well and cook for 3 minutes

Now keep your steamer on another side in medium flame.

Now make small balls of your dough

Now take a dough and roll it. And fill your stuffing into it. And give the shape as you want.

Now your momos shapes is ready. Keep it into steamer for 15 minutes in medium flame

After 15 minutes. Momos is ready and as you wish how you eat it. Fried or non fried

Now take it out and serve it with souce and enjoy
